What is DOTAGE Store’s pricing policy?

DOTAGE Store tries its best to offer its customers the best, lowest and competitive selling price for each product listed on our website. The selling price for each product will be inclusive of GST and any other levies that may be required to be remitted in connection with the sale of the products.

How do I pay for my order?

DOTAGE Store offers a wide range of payment options to provide flexibility and convenience to the customer. The following payment options are currently available: Pay On Delivery | Internet Banking | Credit Cards / Debit Cards | UPI | GPay | Online Wallets such as Freecharge, PayTM etc. EMI facility is also available on selected bank Credit/Debit card with the online and Offline (through EDC machine) payment of Rs.2000 and above.

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

To select any particular product you wish to order, please click on the ‘Add to Cart’ option on the product page of the website. If you wish to add more products to your order, click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ tab to return to our homepage to browse more products.

What is the estimated delivery time?

It takes 3-5 business days for the product to reach you, from the date of purchase. You may track your order using the tracking information we will send to your email id. In case, of any delay in delivery, we will call you to notify you about the same.

Do I have to have an account on DOTAGE Store to place an order?

Yes, you can place an order with DOTAGE Store, even without a registered account. You may do so, by selecting the ‘Checkout as Guest’ option at the time of completing your purchase on the website.

However, as a registered member of DOTAGE Store, you are entitled to several benefits, that’ll help us deliver the best online shopping experience to you. These include:

  • You do not need to enter your details like address every time you order. It is saved in My Account.

What is Pay on Delivery (POD)?

If you purchase through Pay On Delivery (POD) payment option, then you can pay in Cash or any debit/credit card or UPI or QR or EMI using EDC machine at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep.

How do I know my payment is secure?

DOTAGE Store’s website uses HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) to ensure a secure shopping experience for its customers. Our third-party payment gateway pages are 3D secure that enable you to securely use your card for online purchases.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

What is your shipping policy?

We try our best to deliver products purchased from DOTAGE Store at your doorstep in excellent condition and as quickly as possible, in-accordance to our Shipping Policy. You can enjoy free shipping (handling) for all products order value above Rs.1499 on our website.

– We have our own persinalised delivery team with 95% of our shipments within a period of 3-5 working days.

– In case the ordered product is not available in-stock, we will place your order on hold for a short period and notify you about the next scheduled delivery via call/e-mail/SMS. As soon as the product is back in-stock, we will deliver your order.

Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?

The day our delivery team will attempt to deliver your order, they will notify you via an Call and SMS about the delivery. Additionally, our delivery team will call you if they are unable to locate your address.

Does DOTAGE Store deliver outside India?

Currently, DOTAGE Store doesn’t deliver products outside of India. However, DOTAGE Store does allow you to make purchases for your elders in India from anywhere in the world by using your international credit or debit cards issued in India. You will need to ensure that the shipping address is in India.

How do I track my order?

You can check the status of any order you’ve placed on the Your Account page.

– For orders that have been shipped from store, you will see the date and delivery method, and an estimated date of delivery.
– You can also refer to the email and SMS sent by us to track the movement of your order.

I am unable to track my order. What do I do?

How can I return/exchange my product?

Please contact our customer support team on +91-0120-4559464 or email us at care@dotagestore.com within 10 days of delivery of the product for return/exchange requests.

How long will it take to process my return/exchange?

All exchange orders will require a minimum of 10 working days to be processed, subject to availability of the product(s) in stock.

For return orders, in the case of processing a refund for an order paid by Cash using the Pay on delivery option, we will contact you to confirm your bank details to initiate the process. The refund will be processed in 3-5 working days from the date of approval of refund. In the case of processing a refund for an order paid using prepaid payment options, the refund will automatically. Both cases, refund amount will reach into your bank account within 7-8 working days from the date of approval of refund.

Which items can I exchange?

You can exchange all products except personal hygiene products.

Who will pick up my product for return/exchange?

We will arrange a free pick up of your product(s). For more details, please read Return and Refund Policy.

Can I get the refund in cash?

We do not process any refunds in Cash. We will require your bank details to transfer the refund amount to your bank account.

Will you deduct any amount before the refund?

No, the entire order amount paid will be refunded back to you without any deductions.

I have placed a request for return/exchange, but no one has contacted me yet. What do I do?
